Needed to replace a broken pole, back in September/October. Was told that the item was out of stock until the 1st November so it would be sent out then. Contacted quick play again around the middle of November and was told it will be with us soon. Received the parcel end of December. I hope these are all ok as my 12 months guarantee will be up now. Even though I asked 3/4 months ago. Customers services were polite and always responding to my emails. Just frustrating we had to wait so long.
