The actual product is very good! High quality and does exactly what i was after, customer service however is poor, paid for next day delivery £9 ordered at around 10am, they hadnt even released the product for another 3 days, emailed them reporting this and get no reply, then get asked for a review....... like i say product is good but dont waste your money on next day delivery
