Amazing customer service. I needed to change my order as I’d ordered the wrong size rebound board. I emailed and within an hour Julien had replied and advised me to order the right size and they would refund the order I placed the previous day. Literally within half and hour my refund had been processed and my order arrived within 2 days. The best customer service I have received. I can highly recommend Quickplay.
