Really? You deliver a goal that is unusable due to a missing part. Then just generic e mail replies with no other way to contact you. Then you ask for feedback. 0 star.
Update : it wasn't ideal to ask for feedback when I couldn't get hold of you. To be fair, eventually did sort it all out no problem
