Product is perfect for me. Service contact for me was a bit questionable because I asked for a small discount and know everybody could give a bit, answer was no and after I ordered I even found a coupon but couldn't use it anymore. So for a order of 500+ bucks other shops I use would give some discount. Last thing that was crazy was that my 1 Order was shipped in 10 different packages. Don't know if this is because of the stupid (sorry) fact, that UK is not in the EU anymore but the German Zoll for 10 Orders was more than confusing for me. This maybe sounds more harsh than I mean it but you asked and I wanted to tell it. All in all I appreciate the possibility to get your product shipped to me but long term I think a great solution would be an agreement with Blazepod to use them for shipping to EU. Thanks
