Ordered a new net for my sons Kickster Academy goal to get him through isolation! There was a bit of an issue with delivery but my email was efficiently and promptly dealt with by Tracy. Unfortunately (probably my fault) the wrong net arrived. When I contacted customer services (Tracy again) I was offered a refund and having determined the age of my son’s goal identified that the post fittings had changed and suggested the purchase of new posts and net. I was then provided with a discount code so was able to purchase all items for just a little more than the original net
