**Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend** I had a horrible experience with this company. I booked a car in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told it wasn’t available. I was then made to wait for **two hours**, only to be offered a different car at **double the price**. A reputable company would take responsibility and provide a suitable alternative at no extra cost, especially when the issue was clearly **not my fault**. Due to this delay and lack of support, I **missed an important appointment**. On top of that, there were **several hidden charges** that weren’t communicated upfront. Customer service was extremely poor — unhelpful, unapologetic, and dismissive. I will **never rent from them again** and would strongly advise others to be carful and avoid them .
