We had a booking for 11am for a few weeks and the night before move at 6.50pm get a phone call saying can’t do 11am now it’s got to be 1.00pm instead. Agreed that and then on the day the driver said he would be even later now 2.30pm. So eventually driver arrived at 2.30 was helpful fast and efficient. Got moved in eventually at about 5pm all very stressful. Driver not allocated enough time between jobs and locations seemed to be the issue.
