“We had an extremely disappointing experience with both the company and our driver, Prince Kitoko Damutunu. Before the move, we had originally been assigned a different driver. However, the company changed our booking to Prince Kitoko Damutunu shortly before the job. Had we known this change would result in the level of service we received, we would never have agreed to proceed with him. To begin with, the driver arrived an hour late, which immediately delayed our moving schedule. He also failed to bring a phone holder for navigation, so we had to hold his phone during the journey out of courtesy to help him navigate safely. During the trip, he asked to stop for a five-minute break because he was tired. Shortly afterwards, we had to make another stop at a petrol station because he had run out of fuel. These delays could have been avoided with better preparation and professionalism. When we arrived at our destination, before any unloading had even begun, the driver jokingly asked to be paid. We respectfully and calmly asked him to focus on completing the job first and to avoid unnecessary delays. Instead of responding professionally, he became confrontational and accused us of being argumentative and disrespectful, which was both unfair and uncomfortable, to the point where we were considering calling the police for assistance. After we made the payment, the driver insisted that we pay the London Congestion Charge. We explained that our moving journey took place outside the congestion charging hours, so the charge did not apply. Despite this, he continued to insist that we pay. As the discussion was going nowhere, we contacted customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, the support we received was equally disappointing. Rather than addressing our concern directly, we were told to read the company's terms and conditions ourselves. Eventually, customer service confirmed that we were correct and that no Congestion Charge was payable because our journey fell outside the charging period. At that point, the driver changed his explanation and claimed the charge was actually for the Dartford Crossing. We later checked the route ourselves and confirmed that we did not travel through the Dartford Crossing at any point, making this claim completely inaccurate. Overall, this was a stressful and frustrating experience from start to finish. The driver's lack of preparation, repeated delays, confrontational behaviour, and inaccurate claims about additional charges were unacceptable. The company's decision to change our assigned driver without giving us any meaningful choice, combined with its poor handling of our concerns, only added to an already negative experience. We would not recommend this service based on our experience.”

“Absolutely appalling service. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to avoid them. On the day of my move, nobody turned up. I wasn’t even informed that my booking had been cancelled. Instead, I spent hours trying to get answers, making around 10 phone calls before I was finally able to get through to someone and find out what had happened. Because I was left with no notice whatsoever, I had no choice but to book another moving company at the last minute, costing me over £80 extra. To make matters worse, when I raised a complaint, the company refused to compensate me and claimed they had tried to contact me before cancelling. That is simply untrue. If they had genuinely made reasonable attempts to contact me, I wouldn’t have spent hours repeatedly calling them to find out why nobody had arrived. The complete lack of communication, failure to provide the service I paid for, refusal to accept responsibility, and apparent dishonesty in their response, as I have been told multiple different reasons for the cancellation, have been shocking. Moving home is stressful enough without a company making it ten times worse and then refusing to put things right. Save yourself the stress, time and money and book with a company that actually values its customers.”

“I booked a move with Quick Man and Van and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The driver arrived with his child, who dragged my belongings across the floor, and another man turned up to help who smelled strongly of alcohol. The whole job felt rushed, and afterwards I discovered my TV had been cracked across the bottom and was completely unusable.I wrapped the TV properly and even offered to carry it myself, but the driver insisted on taking it. I contacted him afterwards and received no response. The company’s handling of the issue has been disappointing, with responsibility pushed back onto me despite unapproved individuals handling my belongings.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.”

“Absolutely terrible service. DO NOT USE! Driver turned up late, did not help load the van and instead was on his phone, unloaded three pieces of furniture and then decided to return home as he was "tired" and "it was getting late" (4pm) Customer support refused to give a fair refund (Offered £60, despite £150 of services being rendered incomplete out of £270's worth). The driver even sent me a text after the service to ask me to retract my complaint. What a joke of a company.”

“paid for the medium van with help of the driver and one floor although its only 3 steps to the front door seen that I live on the groundfloor .I did most of the work, he only came up those small 3 steps twice to move the only 2 pieces of furniture( 2 chests of drawers), the rest of my things were placed on the floor outside halfway to the door for me to pick up,ans take inside, bear in mind this was a full flat move. While carrying the furniture he didn’t use the trolley although it was big and heavy and broke it. Then placed it towards the wall so I wouldn’t see that he broke my drawers. Sent multiple messages to customer service and they did not reply to none. After this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this service to my worst enemy for both lack of care to my belongings and bad customer service.”

“As like many other reviews on here..............booked days in advance then get messages trying to change times !! Even though accepted revised time Driver arrives at the original time !! Then of course comes the extra Hour charge as they had to wait !! Do Not use this company”
