“The first driver I was assigned to didn’t respond at all, and I spent several days feeling anxious about the move. Then, the night before moving day, I received an email from Man and Van saying that the driver had been changed — and my anxiety hit the roof. It was my first time moving alone with two kids, so I was really nervous. But the new driver who showed up was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He did his best to make sure the move went as smoothly as possible and that I didn’t have to struggle. I was so grateful that I even gave him an extra £50 as a thank-you. I realized how important it is who you get as your driver — it makes such a big difference! I truly hope I can request the same driver again next time.”

“I could not be more delighted with the service I received from my driver Amback. He was punctual, polite, pleasant and very professional in his approach and he was very respectful of my belongings taking the time to cover my glass fragile items with thick blankets and tethering down heavier objects with straps to stop them moving in transit. Aback made the whole experience super easy and I cannot rate this lad highly enough.”
