Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
I booked a transport service (receipt #1364-4141) from New Wharf Hall to Space Store in Leicester for 5:00 PM. I had everything packed and ready outside, but no one turned up, and I received no communication about delays or cancellations.
When I called the company, I was told I should have received a second email with driver details—which I never got, nor was I told to expect. I then spoke with Anna, who tried to move the booking to 7:00 PM. I explained this wouldn’t work as the drop-off location closes at 7:00 PM. She couldn’t explain why no one showed up or why I wasn’t informed.
Things got worse when I spoke to someone named George on the phone. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional—interrupting me, deflecting responsibility, and even saying "I will make sure you don’t get a transport tomorrow." Absolutely unacceptable conduct.
I ended up having to pay to store my items overnight due to the company’s failure. When I asked to contact the director directly, I was simply referred to a generic inbox—showing a lack of transparency and accountability.
Avoid this service if you value your time, peace of mind, or basic respect as a customer. I’m still awaiting a formal apology, full refund, and compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused.
