I sent my phone in for a repair under its warranty. Faulty microphone and touch screen. I was then told this fault was due to a swollen battery and that it needed replacing at a charge £150. I paid for for it and then there was another fault with the replacement battery and finally after 8 weeks I have my phone back still with a microphone fault and now a constant notification that the batter is not genuine.
I am now waiting on a reply which I won't get for at least three days. Absolutely shocking service from a company I have used for many years.
