I would give 0 stars if I could. Have had exactly the same dire experience on here as others in that I’m still waiting 5 months later for a refund of a phone I didn’t even receive (took them two months to dispatch it by which time I cancelled and bought elsewhere). Is there some way we can collectively get our money back and have the business (if you can call it that) reported and shut down?
