Shocking service!!!
I got a phone start of December to then cancelled it as it was seriously delayed and was worried it wouldn’t come in time for Christmas.
So went with another firm for a phone which I received in a couple of days.
I have been chasing my refund for well over 2 months!
They keep saying I’m in the 14 day refund window which is obviously a lie!
Quick enough to take my money but 2 months and nothing back, absolute joke!
