I had a problem with the time my repair took/lack of communication and wrote a negative review. A week or so later I was contacted by quick mobile fix customer service who apologised and gave me a refund of £10 (against a £50 spend). Certainly a step in the right direction. I might consider using them again, but I would need to see via the reviews that their service had acutely improved.
