I was disappointed with the overall service as I placed an order for my son particular colour of phone which appeared to be in stock however 5 calendar days after I got an email to say unfortunately the phone was not in stock when I could have bought this from another vendor in that time. Other problem I had was although I was told delivery would be the next day I did not get an emailed delivery slot as advertised I waited the whole day and only when I decided to cancel my order did I get indication that it had been sent. Overall service poor. It may have been the one occasion that everything went wrong however I would never know.
