Bought a phone on 25/04/2018 arrived 27/04/2018. Sent back for a faulty screen the following week to see what they thought of it and to get it sorted as per the warranty. I was emailed to say my phone arrived back to them on 03/05/2018. Have had no updates on the phone whatsoever, only 'we will get in touch with you shortly' and 'please allow an extra 2-3 working days'. Its been nearly a month since, and am on the verge of asking for a refund. But from reading some of these reviews it seems my trust was misplaced and that i might not even get one.
