I was a bit wary about ordering a phone online but no worries as everything happened exactly as on their website & I was kept informed as to how my purchase was proceeding until it was delivered bang on time. The only downside was that the phone didn't come with a charger, although to be fair if I'd read the product description more carefully I'd have realised that. So, thumbs up!
