Really pleased with product and service. My only frustration was there was no confirmation of delivery timescale or expected delivery dates during the basket / check out process and I couldn't find any information on delivery timescales until I'd paid in full. I had ordered for my daughters birthday, but it was late, 7 working days for delivery and I was unable to expedite which I would have done if given the option.
