The charging socket on my I pad air 2 broke . Apple said it could not be repaired trying to sell me a new one . Local computer shops said the socket was integral to the circuitary on the air 2 and they could not do it . So I decided to post it off to QMF whose price inclusive of postage seemed almost too good to be true . The process of mailing was excellent . BUT the repair process and return did take two weeks . The telephones were often busy and I feared it was all too good to be true . But it’s back working and I am delighted to give this good review . The people I spoke to when chasing were very friendly and reassuring and I suspect the delay is because they are victims of their own success . Well done and thank you .
