It took a very long time for the mobile phone to be delivered, I received no communication from Quik mobile fix to say my phone was on its way,tried calling the helpline but never any answer.
When my mobile phone eventually did get delivered the driver missed me and I had to go to the depot for collection of the item myself
All in all it was a awful experience
