The iPhone 7 I purchased was in excellent condition, as described on the website. The only issue I had was that there was a delay in my order being dispatched and nobody attempted to contact me. I was unable to contact Quick Mobile Fix by phone (lines were constantly engaged due to some technical fault) I needed to physically drive to their office in Ilford.
