Ordered iPhone 6 which took over 2 weeks to arrive. On receipt phone had multiple faults. I returned the phone and asked for a full refund. Still awaiting the refund after a week or so. They said they were testing the product before they would issue refund, however as they offer a 14 day no quibble guarantee what is the relevance of such action?
At no time was I offered a replacement phone (before I asked for a refund), only a ‘sorry’ the phone was faulty.
