Bought a phone from them in a "pristine condition". Took more than a month to arrive and the camera had a fault. I sent the phone back for repair, which has now taken over two months. I have not been updated about the process. They don't answer emails, but only send automated email replies that give false promises that they will contact you or call you to update you about the order but they never actually get back to you.
I'd like to get my phone back or my money back but cannot get in touch with them. Extremely frustrating. Do not recommend this company.
