Ordered a mobile on 21st June. I chased when they hadn't delivered it and was promised it would arrive in the next couple of days. Chased when it didn't arrive only to be told they did not have the model I ordered. They did offer an alternative which was not acceptable. I asked for my order to be cancelled and for a refund. Fast forward to today - they have had my money seven weeks now and nowhere nearer to getting a refund. I don't expect to get my money back! Order at your own risk!
