AVOID AVOID & REPORT!!! I have, reported to Whatdog, Ombudsman and my Credit Card. Ordered and paid for iPhone 6Plus on 26/05/2018, didn't arrive until end of June after 11 !!!!! messages and emails (their so called 'Customer Service' landline is a joke, unreachable 24/7) and some of their staff don't even speak/read English! Phone was delivered when I was at work at some random guy's house who lives in my street (I really don't know these people) so I went for the delivery company which then unsuccessfully attempted to track the phone down, 3 days later the guy knocked on my door and handed me the parcel!? It was the phone - and we were in July. I thought to myself, at least I've got the phone. So left it hidden from my partner (it was a gift for him) until we came back from abroad on the 18th July. We opened the box, inserted the sim only to find out it's faulty - Apple store verified that its hardware is screwed. I am taking these people to court, and have reported them to Ombudsman, my Credit card company and a solicitor is acting on my request to start small court claim process. Which and Whatchdog are interested in my story 'coz I have lots of evidence to show these people should be out of the business!!!!
