Did have to chase for update as was a day over recommended delivery time frame, but did always get a response.
Ordered a iPhone 6 refurbished excellent condition option, Phone arrived as ordered, but does seem a bit temperamental at times and had few issues with speaker via video messaging
But not sure if being refurbished I should expect a few problems?
