Ordered an iPhone in pristine condition. The condition wasn’t pristine when phone arrived so sent it back for replacement on 10th July. Received it today on 10th August!!! They informed me originally it would take 3-5 days.
Couldn’t get hold of them on phone, continually engaged. Sent several emails and was fobbed off every time, phone not in stock, nearly ready for dispatch (still didn’t arrive for over a week). Please do not use this firm. I have never dealt with such a shambolic customer service.
