I placed an order back on 24th July for my 10 year old son's birthday. I was assured delivery would be 10 working days or sooner. We are now approaching 3 weeks and I continue to receive emails to say delivery is delayed. Email responses are never on the same day which is a further delay tactic. I was offered another colour and when I asked for more information, I received an email 3 days later to say the original order would be a further 1-2 working days. Still we wait. I am so upset that my son won't have his gift on his birthday despite me allowing plenty of time. I have tried several times to contact them on the phone but there is no reply and the line goes dead. I will be approaching trading standards today if it is not despatched today.
