The iPhone we received was faulty and was returned to this company on 5th July. We were told we would get a refund within 10-14 working days...…. it's now the 15th August and we're still waiting despite emails chasing it! Appalling way to treat people who have parted with over £200. We're now pursuing this with Visa but this really shouldn't be necessary. This is a large turnover company making a fortune who clearly don't give a damn about customer service or their reputation, as long as they keep appearing top of list in interest searches.
