ID176774 Placed a order was told 5-7 working days to process. It was processed on the 8th working day. Received the phone, turned it on and the screen was faulty. Emailed straight away sent the phone back next working day asking for a replacement. The company took 10-14 working days to PROCESS the return, then sent another phone out. Turned the second phone on, it worked for 4-5 mins , then the screen started to jump and have a wavey effect. Again this was a faulty phone. Straight away, I emailed quick mobile fix, sent the phone back the next day, to be told it will take 10-14 WORKING DAYS to process the refund. 15th working day goes by, and received no refund. THERE IS NOTHING QUICK ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!. Any TIME SCALE THAT IS GIVEN, THEY WILL ALWAYS WORK TILL THE VERY LAST DAY. WHY DOES IT TAKE 14 WORKING!!! DAYS TO PROCESS A REFUND ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE DEVICE? BUT IT TAKES 5-7 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS A ORDER? Placed the order start of July, and now it is the end of AUGUST! I haven't received a working device and still not received my money.
