Originally I was pleased with phone (grade A quality of the phone is very good) however when setting the phone up I discovered that the Touch ID wasn’t working and have had to return the phone. No-one has offered an apology for sending out a faulty phone, the phones are supposed to be fully checked before sending out aren’t they? Since I have sent the phone back the correspondence has declined. I have no had my money refunded 3months later! This was when I logged a complaint with PayPal. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
