Phone arrived and wasn’t working properly.
Still waiting for it to come back fixed.
I ordered more than a month ago, wasn’t offered anything as an apology or lent a replacement phone.
Hopefully it’ll turn up anytime soon.
Most people would have seriously gone off on one in this position.
