Sent my phone in 13 August and i had to chase up on the status twice, i was told it takes up to 5 working days to process, It's been over 5 days and I am still yet to receive payment for my phone. I'll strongly advice anyone trading in their old phones to avoid this company, my partners phone was sorted and he received payment within 2 days from a different company! It's not worth the hassle.
