I was promised a delivery in 10 working days. I had to push hard to get my order ‘prioritised’ and then it arrived by about day 12 or 13.
However, once it arrived I was very pleased with the item.
One other part of your website described repairs (I think) within 24 to 48 hours. Then you read carefully and it says ‘working’ hours. Does that mean 3 to 6 working days = up to a week and a bit? Very misleading.
I think your turnaround timings leave alot to be desired.
