Having worst ever experience so far... Received the phone with much delay of 15 days after ordering on 20-July-2018, but wasn't sent a phone in pristine condition while paid for a pristine condition phone. After much follow-up a replacement was sent on 20-Aug-2018 which was supposed to be delivered on 21-Aug-2018 but hasn't been delivered yet. No response from the courier company or Quick Mobile Fix even after several follow-ups, calls to customer care number 0208 5000 308 of Quick Mobile Fix is never answered...
