Refurbished phone went wrong within 3 weeks of delivery. Sent back for repair, QMF say never received. Post office definitely delivered it - was on tracked delivery.
QMF never answer their phone, keep emailing but get no help - just will get back to you. have now contacted trading standards after 6 weeks of trying to resolve
Would never use again - absolutely diabolical customer service - a completely useless company that has no ethics. DO NOT TRUST
