I have ordered several phones from QFM over the years and haven’t had any problems. On this occasion however I was/am disappointed! I ordered a phone for my daughters birthday and it took over 2 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive I was quite shocked at the packaging. Previously the phones I had ordered from QFM came in a little box, whereas this was just wrapped in bubble wrap. The worse thing about this order was that I had to end up sending the phone back as it was not working properly! Only giving a 3 star due to previous experience or it would be a 1.
