Took 5 weeks to process my mobile phone and pay out.
Never answered emails. Broke promises. Would not provide complaints procedure.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM OR EVER USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE TOTALLY INEPT.
