I sold my iphone6s to Quick Mobile Fix and got a fair price for it. The whole process from them receiving my phone to them paying me took 2 weeks and for a whole week I was left not knowing when I would receive payment, no reply to emails or calls answered regarding this. I had to keep checking my bank account to see if the funds had turned up. So customer service needs improving for sure.
