I expected my mobile to arrive with me quickly .... hence the name Quick Mobile Fix. It wasn’t till I’d paid the money that I had an email telling me it could take 10 working days!!!!
I ordered on the 3rd and the phone actually arrived with me on the 15th!! Your customer services also ignored my two requests to refund my money in order to go get a phone elsewhere.
