DON’T RISK USING THIS COMPANY, SHOP ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT TO AVOID HASSLE AND AGGRAVATION.
Despite cancelling my order on 11th August, they still have not started the refund process, despite there being no legal basis for this, and there is little sign they will any time soon.
I have reported them to Trading Standards and have raised a dispute via my credit card company.
