Sent a phone of the wrong grade, that’s fine as mistakes happen but the customer service via email has been appalling. They have referred to the wrong phone several times not replied within 48 hours twice and they NEVER pick up a phone. I have ordered 3 phones so far and only 1 went smoothly the first I had to wait over 20 days to receive it and the info given to me on why I had to wait was appalling and the last phone the wrong grade was sent to .again the emails from the ‘support team’ was absolutely rubbish . I won’t be using them again.
