Shocking Service and still hasn`t been resolved.
I was originally offered £300 for my IPhone 128 GB which went down to £279 for some reason, as my phone is in immaculate condition.
I accepted this lower offer on Friday 24th August and was suppose to receive my money with three to five working days.
It is now the tenth working day and I still haven`t received my money off them.
They keep fobbing me off with there has been a problem and backlog but still no sign of my reduced £279.
