A PROBLEM SORTED I ordered a refurbished iphone 7, unfortunatly it had a fault with the front facing mic. Quick Mobile Fix were good to their word and repaired the phone without any issue or argument and now the phone is like new. The buying and recieving of the phone plus the time it took to repair it all happened within the time scale that Quick Mobile said it would happen and they replied my my e-mails on time and kept me up to date. My big issue was that no one answered the phone when i rang on 3 different occations, however the e-mail responces were timely. Though i wished that the phone had come working 100% it has not put me off from using Quick Mobile again in the future and if the phone had work 100% right away i would have given this service 5 stars, however i am still very happy with the final result.
