My phone stopped working after 19 days i had it. Sent it back to repair and after have sent 17 emails no one replied. I've called the costumar service every single day without receiving any answer.
Apparently i had to confirm my address and NO ONE ASKED ME FOR THAT
i find the costumare care very poor, poor service and awful communication.
Unfortunately i had a very bad experience after few friends advised me this company. I'll never buy something from them again.
