You still have a chance to redeem yourselves but I am annoyed that the mobile you sent is completely dead and will not charge - I emailed your customer support and they told me to clean it with a toothbrush and charge it for 24 hours. It is NOT charging. I have asked how to send it back and get a replacement or a refund and no one has bothered to reply to that. Please will you tell me what your returns policy is and how to ensure I don't just send it back and see nothing for my money?
