I have been waiting for my mobile phone to arrive for 3 weeks (15 working days) now. After 2 weeks customer service offered me £10 of accessories which I don't really need. I just want the phone I have ordered for my son to arrive. This service is unacceptable but if I ask for a refund it will take up to 10 days for the money to be paid back into my account so I can purchase a refurbished phone elsewhere. This service is completely unacceptable - how long does it take to refurbish a phone - and if the company does not have any of these devices in stock - why did they accept the order?
