After being offered a reasonable price for my mobile device, I was informed that I would receive my payment transfer within 5-10 working days. After 6 working days I contacted Quick Mobile Fix who reassured me that I would receive this by the following Monday by 5pm. After 13 working days, I am yet to receive any payment for my device and will be contacting consumer rights as a result of this.
I think the title "Quick" might need to be reassessed.
