On 23-Apr-18 we sent my daughter's iphone for a screen repair (after she dropped it). After a few weeks, they said it also needed additional work (microphone/speaker) but then seemed to drop the need for this when I mentioned we had bought the phone from them in the first place and it was under warranty.
The phone was returned in late June, but within a day or two of being used again the screen started having problems; first it intermittently stopped being touch sensitive and then the image/light failed. We returned it in July and a few weeks ago were told it was now water damaged (which certainly didn't happen when we had the phone).
It is impossible to get through to anybody on the phone (I waited 45 minutes on one occasion). I did speak to somebody (they phoned me) but they are insisting we need to pay for the "water damage assessment".
Am getting the phone posted back (no idea when) and will use somebody else (waving the £50 screen repair fee goodbye). It's now been 5 months and counting.....
My advice is to avoid these people at all costs .
